TIME - TBD
SAQ training sessions will develop, improve, and fine tune individual balance and core strength. Emphasis will be on plyometrics, speed training drills, agility training, soccer specific conditioning and balance training. Agility ladders, speeds hurdles, obstacle courses, weighted balls and much more are available for all sessions.
